Prices are indicated in CHF including all taxes. Payment is required before the session or online by credit card through a secure provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.). No banking data is stored on the website.

 

6. Booking and cancellation of sessions

All bookings for individual sessions are made through the online form or calendar.

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

After this period, the session is considered due and non-refundable. In case of coach unavailability, a new date will be proposed as soon as possible.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized services (such as coaching sessions or tailor-made programs) once they have begun. For digital programs, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

 

8. Responsibilities

The services offered by Caroline Olivier aim to support clients in their personal development, clarity, and reflection. They do not replace medical or psychiatric care. The client remains fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results. Caroline commits to providing a professional, caring, and confidential environment, in line with coaching ethics.

 

9. Intellectual property

All elements on this site (texts, visual content, videos, downloadable resources, programs, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

10. Protection of personal data

The collection and processing of data are governed by the Privacy Policy, available on a dedicated page of the website.
