When you enter a state of coherence, your physiological systems (heart, brain, immune, hormonal, digestive, etc.) work in harmony. This state not only creates a deep sense of well-being, but also supports your body’s natural regeneration. Practicing heart coherence is like pressing a reset button: a simple, powerful resource you already have within you. You just need to learn how to activate it.
